Wednesdays:
6:30-7:00pm Pilates/Abdominal Class at Plainview Area Community and Youth Center in Plainview, MN *Taught by Lisa Danckwart*

7:00-8:00pm (Slow Flow) Holy Yoga at Plainview Area Community and Youth Center in Plainview, MN *Taught by Lisa Danckwart*

Thursdays:
8:30-9:30am, Fit City Seniors at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Wabasha, MN 

NOTE: NO classes on  September 6th due to Holidays.

Lisa will NOT be teaching in Plainview during the month of September.  She will resume classes in October.

Pilates will be starting on September 22nd in Wabasha.

As a yoga instructor, many of my students would ask me about health and wellness products.  Join me as we look at the potential of combining yoga and health/wellness products to inspire health in mind, body, and soul.  

Information will include: the pros and cons of adding health/wellness products to your yoga business and how to get started

Space is limited to the first 20 people.

Topics Include:


Healthy Eating for Life: focuses on wise food choices a person can make every day to help them live a healthier life.  Information is provided on protein, fiber, good vs. bad carbs, healthy fats, and much more.

Healthy Feet: focuses on minimizing foot pain, dealing with falling arches or flat feet, how to strengthen your feet, and how shoes affect our feet 
 
Pelvic Floor Health: focuses on minimizing the effects of a difficult labor, incontinence, developing core strength, and reducing back or pelvic pain

Maintaining a Healthy Back: Are you bothered by lower back pain? By strengthening your back and abdominal muscles, you can safeguard against injury, reduce pain, and prevent chronic backaches. 

Introduction to Holy Yoga: focuses on the basics of Holy Yoga and provides an opportunity for people to experience it.

Chair Holy Yoga: focuses on the basics of Holy Yoga and how to practice yoga in a chair. 

Baby or Toddler Holy Yoga: focuses on the basics of Holy Yoga and how parents can include yoga in their children’s young lives. 

Other topics include: back care, shoulders, hips, knees, neck pain, yoga and pregnancy, yoga and Pilates, and exercising while pregnant
