Fit City Seniors

Fit City Wabasha is a collaborative committed to improving the health of our community through exercise, education, activities, and support. 

Exercise classes are offered weekly for people 55 and older in Wabasha, Minnesota.  Each class emphasized proper breathing, flexibility, strengthening, range of motion, and balance.

Mondays and Thursdays

8:30-9:30am at Faith Lutheran Church in Wabasha, MN 

Cost: $30 punchcard for 20 classes

Classes must be used within 3 months of issuing the punchcard.  

Punchcards can be purchased at the class or through Christina Mroz.
