Practicing Pilates during pregnancy is great for relieving back pain, smooth labor, and decreasing a post delivery big tummy. While pregnant Christina practice Pilates through her entire pregnancy. She gave birth through a local midwife, with no medical intervention, and was only in labor for 6 hours. She attributes yoga and Pilates to her wonderful birth experience.
