Power of Positive Thinking
"Avoid negative thinking"
When life isn't going exactly like we had hoped or planned
it is so easy to let doubt and negative thinking to creep
into our mind. After awhile our mind seems to dwell on all
the things that are going wrong and the more we focus on
these thoughts negative events seem to multiple.
Negative thinking prevents positive thoughts and actions
from taking place in our lives. It prevents us, while
positive thinking enables us.
This month join me in practicing these actions:
-Recognize negative thoughts and change them into positive
ones
-Notice my inner Gremlin and how it places doubt, worry, and
negative thoughts in my mind
-Believe that good will come to me
-Believe that circumstances that I'd like to change will
actually happen in the future

draining your energy. Begin to clear your spaces, whether

Yoga/Pilates Pose Breakdown

Pose Breakdown
Stand in mountain (good posture) with your
feet hip distance apart and your 2nd toe facing towards the
front of your mat. Bend your knees at a 90 degree angle,
make sure that your knees do not go over your toes. Stretch
your arms in front of you or stretch your arms overhead,
draw your shoulders down.
Tips
- Try not to grip the mat with your toes
- Practice lifting all 10 toes off the mat
and rooting down through the bottoms of your feet
- Rotate your inner thighs back

How to lose weight healthfully
15 Tips:
- Drink eight 8oz. glasses of water
- Look up your BMI (body mass index) and
ideal weight to see what your weight should be
- Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
- Get rid of the stress in your life
- Get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each
night
- Avoid caffeine, sugar, white flour, white
pasta
- Eat foods either fresh or frozen (canned
should be a last resort)
- Stop eating foods out of a box
- Eat your foods raw, steamed or baked
(avoid boiling or frying)
- Find a partner to help you stick to your
health goals
- Understand that medications may prevent
or reduce successful weight loss
- Eliminate the clutter around you
- Get outside daily (protect your skin from
over exposure to sunlight)
- Remember healthy weight loss is 1 pound a
week
- Eat breakfast (don't skip any meals,
otherwise your body goes into starvation mode)
