Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connection our entire being; body, mind and spirit with God; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  With complete reliance on God's Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace.   Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer, fasting and mediation.  Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith.


Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise developed by Josef Hubertus Pilates in the 1920’s.  Pilates emphasizes posture, alignment, and strength of the abdominal region and the back.  Specific movements are used to promote core strength (back/abdomen) and flexibility.  Quite often the torso is held while the limbs move which challenges a person’s balance and ability to keep proper form and alignment while flowing throughout each movement.

Fit City Seniors

Exercise classes are offered weekly for people 55 and older in Wabasha, Minnesota.  Each class emphasized proper breathing, flexibility, strengthening, range of motion, and balance.
