  • 200-300 mcg/day of chromium helps insulin function properly, thus helping you metabolize fat
  • Vitamin E at 400 IU per day helsp the transportation of glucose
Other nutrients such as these support weight loss as well:
  • 20 mg of zinc
  • 3-6 mg of manganese
  • 10-20 mg per day of gluththione or 50 mg of N-acetyl-L-cystine
  • 200 mcg a day of selenium
  • 30 mcg a day of vanadium
